Mr. Parikshit Thakur has immense experience in the field of Accessibility and has worked on different projects with Trace R&D Center funded through National Institute of Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). He and his team played an active role in contributing to the ISO/IEC 24752 Universal Remote Console standard and creating tools around it. He applied the knowledge of Accessibility and IoT to consult various Medical and Health & Fitness companies, finally founding DocToDoor in 2015.
Immediately upon founding the company, DocToDoor won Bi-lateral R&D funding for SMART HEALTH from Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial (CDTI), Spain and the Department of Science and Technology, India.
In coordination with the team at Clínica de la Asunción, Vicomtech and Shah Hospital, DocToDoor implemented Care protocol for Post Operation recovery after Total Knee replacement surgery. Since then DocToDoor has developed new Care protocols for Cardiac surgery and many others. DocToDoor is now applied to Chronic Disease Management, Remote Patient monitoring, Peri-Operative patient management and Telemedicine.
DocToDoor has installations across USA, Spain and India. It’s multi-lingual capabilities make it applicable to any region of the world. The SMART HEALTH Project team consists of following key team members:
